We have developed the following Copyright Notice as a means to govern the use of certain property owned and displayed on or through http://www.worldabilityfederation.com (“Site”), or any other web pages owned and operated by The World Ability Federation and linked to through the Site.  Our intent is to protect the valued property of The World Ability Federation, while providing a way for you to use copyrighted material in an approved manner.

Copyright Notice:
All information, content, and software displayed on, transmitted through, or used in connection with the Site, including for example articles, audio and video clips, data, html, illustrations, images, logos, news, photographs, source and object code, text, trademarks, video, and the like (collectively, the "Content"), as well as its selection and arrangement, is copyrighted and owned by The World Ability Federation, NFP (“WAF”). 

You may use the Content online only, and solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may download or print a single copy of any portion of the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove any trademark, copyright or other notice from such Content. 

If you operate a Web site and wish to link the Site, you may do so provided you send a notice to WAF at legal@worldabilityfederation.com giving the url address of the page in which the link has been created, that you agree to not restrict, change, or otherwise restructure the Site and you agree to remove such link upon request from WAF. 

No other use is permitted without prior written permission of WAF. 

You may not, for example, republish electronically or in print any portion of the Content on any Internet, Intranet or extranet site or incorporate the Content in any database, compilation, archive or cache.  You may not distribute any Content to others, whether or not for payment or other consideration, and you may not modify, copy, frame, cache, reproduce, sell, publish, transmit, display or otherwise use any portion of the Content.  You may not scrape or otherwise copy our Content without permission. 

You may not decompile, may not reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the Site, may not insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the Site in any way that affects the user's experience, and may not use any data gathering, data mining, screen scraping or other extraction method.

Requests to use Content for any purpose other than as permitted in these Copyright Notice should be directed to legal@worldabilityfederation.com.  WAF reserves the right to change this Copyright Policy at any time in its discretion and to notify users of any such changes solely by changing this Copyright Notice.
