Dale Smith

Since 1996, Dale has been the Managing Director of Professional Management Network, an information services consulting company. He has done extensive work with community based organizations by developing strategies to help address community development.

Dale has served as a management consultant for several civic, governmental and community organizations. Prior to being retained by the World Ability Federation, he helped develop a grant for the Project with Industries (PWI) program. PWI provides a wide variety of job training and readiness skills for people with disabilities.

In 2003, as an independent consultant, Dale supervised the judging committees representing 45 of the nations leading organizations serving people with disabilities. Dale also worked directly with the Department of Disability and Human Development at the University of Illinois to establish the judging process which adhered to the industries best practices for independent judging.
